Hla Moe
Hla Moe commanded Northeastern Regional Military Command with the rank of Brigadier General from at least 2021-02-06 to at least 2021-05-09. He then commanded Eastern Central Regional Military Command with the rank of Brigadier General as of 2021-10-11 after which he was promoted in rank to Major General by at least 2022-04-11. He continued to command Eastern Central Regional Military Command with the rank of Major General until August 2022. He was then commander of Eastern Regional Military Command with rank of Major General from at least 9 January 2023 to at least 9 May 2023. All allegations of violations being committed by units under his command occurred while held the rank of Major General and commanded the Eastern Regional Military Command.
