Win Min Htun‡

Win Min Htun was the commander of Eastern Central Regional Military Command with the rank of Brigadier General from at least 26 June 2015 to at least 2 January 2016-01-02. All allegations of violations being committed by units under his command occurred while he held the rank of Brigadier General. Our methodology never assumes people with the same or similar names in two different positions are the same person. We need a source to say they are the same person. It is likely that this person is the same as Win Min Tun‡.
